SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via CANADA POST, using the 'regular parcel' service. Expect 3-5 business days for delivery.

3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

NO COMPROMIZE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

4. Damages

NO COMPROMIZE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Standard domestic policy found above applies.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns

At this time we do not offer refunds or return.All sale and pre-order items are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

2. Size Exchanges

We offer same-product size exchanges. For all inquiries please make sure to contact us before shipping as we will not accept any unauthorized exchanges or returns. The buyer will be responsible for all initialy expenses to ship the item(s) back to us.
